All Office Hours are 1 hour long and will be recorded and available for playback for those that can not attend live, or those that wish to review again.

There will be 4 total live Office Hours:

  • 3 live Office Hours during the 3 Week Break up with Sugar program
  • plus one additional follow up Office Hours after the program concludes.
