Course description

A self-proclaimed "nutrition nerd," I like to read nutrition, health and wellness books for fun! And because of that - I have certainly read a lot of them!!

So I decided to start a Book Club - where together we can read health, wellness and nutrition books!!

We also have a Facebook Group too - request to join the online Private Facebook community!

Each month there will be a new book selected. You can download the Kindle version, or buy the book online or in the bookstore, or maybe you can even find it in your local library! If you are not interested in the book selected, just skip that month!

We will all read the book, and can share thoughts and questions in the Facebook community along the way.

At the end of the month, there will be a online Book Club "meeting" where we will all get to chat about the book and discuss it! Book Club Meetings will be held the last Tuesday of the month at 12:30 pm PT (unless otherwise noted).

In some cases, there will be additional materials and resources available - such as interviews with the author, related films, etc.
